About these terms
These terms cover tonyspizzaaudubon.com and messages with Tony's Pizza & Catering, 2809 Egypt Road, Audubon, PA 19403. By using either, you agree to them.
Menu, prices and hours
We keep our menu, prices and hours up to date, but they can change without notice. Photos are for illustration. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
Ordering
Online orders go through our ordering partners, such as Slice, DoorDash, Grubhub and ezCater, and their terms apply too. We may cancel an order, for example if an item runs out. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund it.
Catering
A catering order or quote counts only once our staff confirm it with you.
Automated replies
When you message us through Google, an automated assistant may reply. Its answers are general information only. Prices, availability, catering quotes and special requests count only once our staff confirm them.
Food allergies
Our kitchen handles common allergens, including wheat, milk and eggs, and they can get onto other food. Please tell us about allergies when you order. We can't promise that any item is allergen-free.
Rewards and deals
Rewards and deals have no cash value. They can't be combined unless we say so, and we may change or end them at any time.
Your account
Keep your password private. We may close accounts that are misused.
Our content
The Tony's name, logo, photos and text on this site belong to us. Please ask before reusing them.
Limits
The site is provided as is. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses from using it.
