What we collect
What you give us: your name, phone number and email, plus your address and event details for delivery or catering. If you make an account, we also keep your sign-in details, order history, rewards points and birthday (month and day only). We keep messages you send us, including through Google Search and Maps. We use basic cookies to keep you signed in, keep your cart working and show us how the site is used.
How we use it
To take and fill your orders, answer your questions, run rewards, and send the texts or emails you signed up for.
Text messages
We send marketing texts only if you opt in. How often varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop or HELP for help. We never share your phone number or your consent to receive texts with anyone else for their marketing.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share only what's needed with the services that help us run the shop: online ordering (such as Slice and the delivery apps), card payments, text and email delivery, and Google for messages. We also share it if the law requires.
Card payments
Our ordering and payment providers handle card payments. We never keep your card number.
Messages through Google
When you message us from Google Search or Maps, an automated assistant may answer routine questions. Our staff can read the conversation and take over at any time. Google's own privacy policy covers how Google handles those messages.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by phone or email. You can close your account or stop texts whenever you like.
Children
This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top.
